Just minutes from downtown Manaus, the Adolpho Ducke Reserve is a green haven in the heart of the urban area. With approximately 10,000 hectares of preserved forest, the area combines lush nature with scientific knowledge and environmental education.
Its well-marked trails lead visitors on a sensory immersion through landscapes of dense shade, bird sounds, and an impressive biodiversity. There are over 1,200 plant species, 400 types of birds, and a rich diversity of mammals, reptiles, and insects.
